Meet Connie Chandler

Vice President

Connie Chandler is Vice President on the Client Advisory team. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Chandler gained experience at Kirkland & Ellis, LLC as a Corporate Case Assistant Intern. She received her BA in Political Science, Entrepreneurship, and Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Meet Skye Payette

Senior Vice President & Controller

Skye Payette is a Senior Vice President- Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining, Ms. Payette was a Controller at Buffington Capital Holdings, a real estate investment firm located in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was a Corporate Accounting Associate at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT. Ms. Payette received her B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Meet Peter Kim

Interim-President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Peter Kim is Interim-President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kim worked as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, specializing in private fund formation and leveraged finance. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Systems Science Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering. Mr. Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim served in the United States Army as a Captain in the military intelligence and infantry branches, where he provided chief tactical support to various infantry schools, including U.S. Army Sniper School. Mr. Kim successfully earned the U.S. Army Ranger, Pathfinder and Airborne qualifications during his time in service.

Meet Mark Ryan

Senior Vice President

Mark Ryan has over 20 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Ryan worked at Cary Street Partners, where he opened and managed the firm’s Charlotte office and co-managed its multi-family office practice. He has also worked at U.S. Trust and Deutsche Bank in roles where he was responsible for serving families of substantial size and complexity. Mr. Ryan graduated from King College and St. John’s College, Cambridge University. He has served on the Board of Trustees at King College and chaired its Investment Committee. Currently, he serves on the U.S. Growth and Development Board for St. John’s College, Cambridge. He also serves on the board for The Learning Collaborative, which provides tuition-free, high quality pre-school education to children of at-risk families.
