Founder, Chairman of the Board & Chief Investment Officer- Equities
Richard Lockwood Chilton, Jr. is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Chilton Investment Company. Since founding Chilton Investment Company with his Flagship Strategy in 1992, Mr. Chilton has built a broad organization and a team of investment professionals focused on long term capital growth. The Chilton Flagship Strategy has generated impressive and consistent returns with moderate volatility since inception.
In addition, in 2010 Mr. Chilton founded Chilton Trust which is a nationally chartered broad-based wealth management trust company focusing on services to high net worth individuals and families. Mr. Chilton is vice chairman of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, trustee emeritus of the Robin Hood Foundation, chairman emeritus of Greenwich Academy and a trustee of Classic American Homes Preservation Trust.
Prior to forming Chilton Investment Company, Mr. Chilton was a managing director at Allen Value Incorporated and a vice president and equity portfolio manager at Alliance Capital Management Corporation. Mr. Chilton began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch and Company and received his B.S. in Finance & Economics from Alfred University.

Mr. Lickle began his career as a trusts and estates attorney with Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam and Roberts (now known as Pillsbury Winthrop), where he was the Managing Partner in the Palm Beach office, and was later a partner of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A., in Palm Beach. In 1999, he joined U.S. Trust Company of Florida as President where he later became Chairman and CEO.
Previously, Mr. Lickle was Regional President of Lehman Brothers Trust Company and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers and Neuberger Berman. After the Barclays acquisition of Lehman Brothers, he was a Managing Director of Barclays Wealth. Mr. Lickle graduated from The Choate School, received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Rollins College, his J.D. from the University of Richmond, and is a member of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Lickle is a former Director and now Life Trustee of The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, where he also serves as a member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Lickle previously held positions as a member of the Executive Committee, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a Director and Investment Committee member of the Palm Beach Civic Association and former Secretary Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee. He serves as a board member of The Everglades Foundation and is Vice Chair of The Everglades Foundation Investment Committee. He is also member of The Cleveland Clinic Heart Center Leadership Council in Cleveland (OH) and Weston (FL). Mr. Lickle is a founding member of the Massachusetts General Hospital Leadership Council on Psychiatry and a former member of the Board of Governors at the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adults in Palm Beach. Mr. Lickle is a past Chairman of the Town of Palm Beach Shore Protection Board.
Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer – Fixed Income
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Horan is a specialist in fixed income investing, ranging from municipal and US taxable securities to international bonds and currencies. He leads a team of nine professionals managing client assets across a variety of strategies including liquidity, tax-advantaged, taxable, international and global.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Horan was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and served as MSSB’s Chief Investment Officer of Fixed Income Investment Advisers, a division of MSSB, providing customized portfolio management to ultra-high net worth private clients, charities, endowments, foundations, and family offices, primarily in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. Earlier, Mr. Horan led Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Fixed Income business in London serving European, Middle Eastern and Swiss private bank clients. Mr. Horan also served on the Morgan Stanley Global Asset Allocation Committee.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Horan was Director of International Fixed Income at Lord Abbett & Co. He also held senior management positions in fixed income and foreign exchange portfolio management at Credit Suisse, Aubrey G. Lanston & Company, Inc. and Bankers Trust. At Bankers Trust, he helped pioneer the fixed income risk management frameworks. Mr. Horan began his career at the Federal Reserve. During the Volcker years, he was an Economist in the Sovereign Debt Unit at the New York Fed, working on the debt restructuring of Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Following the Plaza Accord, he also served as a foreign exchange trader for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Mr. Horan earned an AB with honors in Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton-Sloan Program. He was an Andrew Mutch Scholar in Economics and Politics at the University of Edinburgh and holds a post graduate law degree from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Thouron Scholar.
Executive Vice President, Co Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager – Equities
Jennifer L. Foster is Co-Chief Investment Officer at Chilton Investment Company, Inc. where she has worked for 27 years. Jennifer’s previous roles at Chilton include equity analyst, Director of Research, and Portfolio Manager. During her tenure at Chilton, Jennifer has served on the Risk Committee, the Responsible Investment Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
Prior to Chilton, Jennifer worked at GE Capital as part of GE’s Financial Management Training program. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English from Boston College and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Excellence in Investment Management at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and as a trustee for the Mather Homestead Foundation in Darien, CT. Jennifer is married and has three grown sons.

Ms. Ives is responsible for external manager selection and due diligence for Chilton clients and is also a member of the Executive and Investment Committees at Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton, Ms. Ives was a Managing Director at Chilton Investment Company, where she was a research analyst covering the financial services sector. She also served on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Chilton, she worked at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Group, reporting directly to the CEO, and began her career at Chemical Bank in their Middle Market Lending Group. Ms. Ives graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in English Literature and earned an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Ives serves on the boards of The First National Bank of Long Island, The Project Y Theatre Company, and on the Investment Committee of Vinalhaven, ME Land Trust.

Nick Frelinghuysen is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager – Equities. Nick is responsible for investments on clients’ equity portfolios, with more than 29 years of experience in equity research and portfolio management. Most recently, he was a partner at the boutique investment firm, Eagle Ridge Investment Management, LLC where he served as a portfolio manager and Co-Head of Research for an organization with $950m in assets focused on high net worth individuals and institutions. Prior to his role at Eagle Ridge, Nick worked at Oppenheimer Capital (Allianz Global Partners) as Co-Portfolio Manager on a $2B Mid Cap value mutual fund and served as Co-head of Mid-Cap and All-Cap investments for the $25B firm. He began his career on the sell side at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Nick attended Princeton University as an undergraduate and holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Debra Crovicz is a municipal bonds specialist with over 25 years of fixed income investment management experience. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Crovicz worked closely with Mr. Horan at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney where she was an Executive Director and Senior Portfolio Manager, overseeing the investment management of $3 billion in municipal assets. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Crovicz spent ten years at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. as a Portfolio Manager focused on managing portfolios for ultra-high net worth and institutional accounts. Earlier in her career, she worked in fixed income at Republic National Bank of New York, Citibank Global Asset Management and U. S. Trust Co. of New York. Ms. Crovicz graduated from George Washington University with a B.B.A in International Marketing.

Ms. Ridolfi is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager- Fixed Income focused on U.S. taxable securities, municipal bonds, international sovereign bonds and foreign currencies for the Fixed Income Team. Ms. Ridolfi joined Chilton from Barclays, where she spent three years as an Analyst working in Structured Credit Portfolio Management, Fixed Income Rates Trading, and Product Control. Ms. Ridolfi is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Finance & Real Estate and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

John R. Wamser is a Vice President on the Manager Research Team. He most recently was an accountant for the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Wamser was a Senior Project Analyst at Norwalk Hospital Physicians & Surgeons. John graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Health Care Management and later returned to earn a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management. Mr. Wamser holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.
Managing Director & Head of Wealth Advisory Services and Family Office Services
With over 25 years of wealth advisory experience, Mr. Hamar has extensive experience in all aspects of wealth management and planning. Prior to joining Chilton, he was a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and co-chairman of Family Office Services at Silvercrest Asset Management Group LLC. Prior to Heritage Financial Management, LLC’s merger with Silvercrest in 2005, Mr. Hamar was a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of the Family Office Tax Group at Heritage. Mr. Hamar previously founded and served as President of Hamar Capital, Limited, a tax and financial advisory firm, which merged with Heritage Financial Management in 2001. Mr. Hamar began his career with Price Waterhouse and Dewey Ballantine.
Mr. Hamar’s entire career has been focused on planning and wealth management for ultra high net worth individuals and their related entities. Mr. Hamar’s investment management related experience has included all aspects of traditional and alternative investment portfolio construction and supervision and related relationship management for ultra high net worth individuals, trusts and foundations. Mr. Hamar’s wealth advisory activities have included, in addition to co-chairing Silvercrest’s Family Office Services Group, all aspects of tax compliance and planning, financial and philanthropic planning and family office services, IRS audits and appeals and U.S. Tax Court and Federal District Court litigation. Mr. Hamar is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Old Dominion University. Mr. Hamar is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and is a CPA.
Managing Director, Client and Wealth Advisory
Sara Bernard is Head of Client and Wealth Advisory, responsible for advising high net worth families, individuals, foundations and family offices. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Bernard worked in strategy and sales at Trunk Club, a consumer retail start-up company, and at Jefferies & Company as an Equity Research Associate. Ms. Bernard began her career working in the Research department at Chilton Investment Company as an Equity Research Analyst. She received her B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia. Ms. Bernard has also completed trust and estate courses at the Cannon Financial Institute. She serves on the Chicago Botanic Garden Guild board, and volunteers with her children’s schools.
Senior Vice President & Head of Fiduciary Services
Gina M. Nelson is a Senior Vice President – Head of Fiduciary Services with over 15 years of experience in various trust and estate roles. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Nelson served as Executive Director/Global Head of Trusts and Estates Risk at J.P. Morgan where she was responsible for Risk Management of all of J.P. Morgan’s trust companies, which include the U.S., Delaware, Bahamas, and other international entities. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ms. Nelson accumulated over 10 years of trust company experience, serving as a resource on complex fiduciary matters, reviewing and approving new business, and developing and enhancing fiduciary processes and procedures. She has spoken on panels at several key industry events, including the Delaware Trust Conference and the Mourant Ozannes International Trust and Private Client Conference. Ms. Nelson began her career practicing law and opened her own practice where her focus was estate planning and trust and estate administration. Ms. Nelson received her B.A. in French and European Studies from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law. Ms. Nelson also devotes her time to organizations focused on ocean conservation.
Managing Director, Senior Advisor
Mr. Carey has had over 25 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families throughout the US. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Carey spent over 20 years in London with Kidder, Peabody, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and opened Alex Brown’s London office. While in the UK he advised UK, Swiss, French and Middle Eastern clients on their investments in the US. Since returning to the US, Mr. Carey has worked in wealth management and investment advisory at T. Rowe Price, Bessemer Trust, and U.S. Trust, where he was responsible for engaging and working with many of the firm’s most substantial clients. Mr. Carey graduated from the University of North Carolina, where he received a BA in International Studies. He received his MBA in International Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Carey has served on the Board of Visitors and the Advisory Board of The Institute for the Arts and Humanities at the University of North Carolina. He also served on the Board and Executive Committee of Opera Carolina, as well as on the Founding Board of The First Tee of Charlotte. Currently, Brooks serves on the Mid-Am Committee of the United States Golf Association as well as the Executive Committee of the Opera Carolina Endowment.

Mary M. Morse joined Chilton Trust in 2010 as an experienced business development and client relations professional. Previously, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at Barclays Wealth responsible for Business Development and Client Relationships. Prior to Barclays, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers and was responsible for business and client development in Florida for Lehman Brothers Private Investment Management and Lehman Brothers Trust Company. She also served on the Healthcare Advisory Committee to the Lehman Brothers Foundation. Before Lehman Brothers, Ms. Morse was a Vice President at U.S. Trust Company of Florida and Director of Marketing for ten years. She began her career at The National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., in the public relations department. Ms. Morse also worked at the Knoedler Gallery, as well as Sotheby’s and Christies in New York City, as Director of Museum Liaison and Special Events. She is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Governance Committee at The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach, Vice Chairman and founding member of the Leadership Council of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and a former Trustee and now Fellow of The National Tropical Botanical Gardens in Hawaii.

Mark Ryan has over 20 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Ryan worked at Cary Street Partners, where he opened and managed the firm’s Charlotte office and co-managed its multi-family office practice. He has also worked at US Trust and Deutsche Bank in roles where he was responsible for serving families of substantial size and complexity. Mr. Ryan graduated from King College and St. John’s College, Cambridge University. He has served on the Board of Trustees at King College and chaired its Investment Committee. Currently, he serves on the US Growth and Development Board for St. John’s College, Cambridge. He also serves on the board for The Learning Collaborative, which provides tuition-free, high quality preschool education to children of at-risk families.

Tom brings over 10 years of experience in the wealth advisory business, focusing on developing relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and families, foundations and endowments and other institutional clients. He focuses his efforts in Connecticut, New York and Florida.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Tom was a Vice President and Financial Advisor for Evercore Wealth Management in New York. Prior to his experience at Evercore, Tom was a Private Client Advisor at U.S. Trust, where he led a team of professionals that provided Investment Management, Trust, Fiduciary and Wealth Transfer solutions to wealthy families across the United States.
Earlier in his career, Tom was an Institutional Sales Director working with global corporate investment bankers developing and enhancing relationships by providing asset management, institutional custody and securities lending platforms to the bank’s clients.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL.

Lindsey is a Senior Vice President & Head of Client Advisory at Chilton Trust. In her role, she helps clients and families build, oversee, and execute their financial planning and investment objectives. Lindsey helps to manage the construction of their investment portfolios, as well as their financial planning and philanthropic strategies. Prior to joining Chilton Trust in 2014, Lindsey worked in Private Wealth Management at Barclays, advising high net worth clients and institutions. She began her career working at Brown Brothers Harriman as a Client Account Manager. She received her B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University, and serves on the Operating Committee of the Chilton Trust Foundation.

Nick Rafferty is a Vice President at Chilton Trust with 20 years of experience in wealth management. Before his role as a Wealth Advisor, Mr. Rafferty worked for the Fixed Income Team at Chilton Trust investing in corporate bonds, municipal bonds, international sovereign bonds, and foreign currencies. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Rafferty worked at Morgan Stanley gaining extensive experience trading fixed income securities and currencies for customized, separately managed portfolios. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Rafferty worked at Butler Capital Corporation assisting in asset allocation and portfolio management for high-net-worth families, individuals, and foundations. He began his career as an equity analyst with Capital Counsel in New York. Mr. Rafferty received his B.A. in History from Trinity College.

Mr. Wimmer has over fifteen years of experience working with institutions, family offices, high net worth individuals and families throughout the US. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Wimmer worked at American Century Investments working with clients on their investment portfolios, across varied asset classes. Before joining American Century, Mr. Wimmer worked on strategic growth oriented initiatives for PIMCO Investments. He started his career as a futures sales trader at Bear Stearns and Fimat, a business of Société Générale. Mr. Wimmer received a B.A. in History from Trinity College in Connecticut, where he was a member of the four-time national championship squash team.

Bayard Kuensell is a Vice President in Client Advisory. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kuensell gained experience in the alternative investment sector through his summer position at Protocol Capital Management. Mr. Kuensell graduated from Dartmouth College where he received a BA in Economics. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society New York.

Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Chandler gained experience at Kirkland & Ellis, LLC as a Corporate Case Assistant Intern. She received her BA in Political Science, Entrepreneurship, and Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Before joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Zinn gained experience as a Financial Associate at Ober Fine Art, LLC. Prior to Ober Fine Art, Mr. Zinn worked in the non-profit sector by serving as an Assistant Director of Development for the First Tee. Mr. Zinn began his career by completing an Internship at The Breakers Palm Beach. He graduated from Elon University where he received his B.A. in Entrepreneurship.

Skye Payette, CPA is Senior Vice President and Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining, Ms. Payette was a Controller at Buffington Capital Holdings, a real estate investment firm located in Austin, Texas. Previously, she was a Corporate Accounting Associate at SAC Capital Advisors in Stamford, CT. Ms. Payette received her B.S from the University of Rhode Island in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michaela Memeger is a Senior Vice President and Assistant Controller in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Most recently, Ms. Memeger worked as a Special Assistant to the Chairman of QFS Asset Management. Prior to her role at QFS, Ms. Memeger held accounting and finance positions at D.E. Shaw & Co., Pioneer Square Advisors and Quellos Financial Advisors. Ms. Memeger earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
Accountant
Jessibel Monegro is an Accountant in the Family Office Services Group for Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Monegro worked as a paralegal for 10 years before working in the Accounting Department at Belpointe Capital in Norwalk, CT and Wells Fargo Bank. Ms. Monegro received a B.A. in Political Science, coupled with a minor in Women Studies, from the University of Connecticut and has an Associate degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from Norwalk Community College.
Managing Director, Director of Human Resources
Blaire Meck was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Chilton Trust from 2007-2009 and rejoined in 2014 as the Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Meck gained experience in Human Resources roles at Aircastle Advisor LLC, Soros Fund Management LLC, and the compensation consulting firm McLagan Partners. Ms. Meck began her career in financial services with Smith Barney Capital Management after graduating from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration.

Peter Kim, JD serves as Interim-President for Chilton Trust. In addition to this, he holds the roles of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Peter is a member of the Compliance Committee, Risk Committee, and Executive Committee at the firm. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Kim worked as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell, specializing in private fund formation and leveraged finance. Mr. Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BSE in Systems Science Engineering, with minors in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering. Mr. Kim graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was named a James Kent scholar. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim served in the United States Army as a Captain in the military intelligence and infantry branches, where he provided chief tactical support to various infantry schools, including U.S. Army Sniper School. Mr. Kim successfully earned the U.S. Army Ranger, Pathfinder and Airborne qualifications during his time in service.

Mr. Wells is a Senior Vice President and the Head of Chilton Tax Services. Prior to joining Chilton, Kevin spent almost a decade at Sapere Wealth Management advising clients on all financial matters. Before Sapere, Kevin was the Tax Manager at Silvercrest Asset Management Group focused on tax compliance and tax planning. Kevin earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business where he focused on investment management and business law. Prior to attending business school, Kevin was a member of Deloitte & Touche’s financial services group. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).

Mr. Walsh joins Chilton Trust with nearly 20 years of experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals and families to deliver thoughtful and integrated solutions meeting the complex and sophisticated financial needs of his clients. Thomas has expertise helping clients navigate the wealth transfer and estate planning landscape, next generation and family education, tax planning, as well as ensuring each client’s philanthropic legacy has maximum impact. A CFA Charterholder and honors graduate of Cannon Trust School, Thomas brings a deep commitment to the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence.
Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Thomas served as a Principal and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust where he led a team that advised and implemented strategies for clients in the areas of investment management, estate planning/wealth transfer, tax planning, and philanthropy. He was a senior member of the firm’s Officer Committee and Florida Trust Committee. Thomas began his career with an investment focus as a Portfolio Analyst with a Sarasota based RIA and later as a Portfolio Manager with Northern Trust.
Thomas received his MS Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and BS Finance from the Lutgurt College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Additionally, he has earned the CFA Charterholder designation and is an honors graduate from the Cannon Trust School. He is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Naples, where he served as a past board member.

Andrew Burr is an Executive Vice President at Chilton Trust. Among his responsibilities at the firm, Andrew operates within business development and serves as Head of Trading for Chilton. Mr. Burr has worked at Chilton for over 20 years, and has led the Trading team since 2007. He has served on Chilton’s Compliance Committee, Operations Committee and Risk Committee over his time at the firm.
Mr. Burr graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1997 with a degree in Economics. He is a Co-President of the Walsh Park Benevolent Corporation, chairs the Property Committee for the Fishers Island Development Corporation and has served on the Mission and Social Actions Committee at The Congregational Church of New Canaan.

Charlotte Chilton is a Senior Marketing Associate within the Client Advisory team. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, she worked as a journalist and copy writer for news organizations such as Bloomberg News and Hearst Magazines. Ms. Chilton attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her BA in Political Science with a minor in Business Journalism from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media.

Robert C. Maund, CFP® is a Managing Director and Senior Advisor on Chilton Trust’s Wealth Advisory team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Robert brings 33 years of experience and a passion for serving as an advocate for clients and their families. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional, Robert has consistently built trusted relationships with clients over the course of his career while serving in various leadership roles in consumer banking, commercial banking, and wealth management, most recently as Managing Director of Lakeview Capital Partners and Head of Lakeview Private Wealth. Robert was previously at Abbot Downing, a specialized boutique within Wells Fargo focused on serving individuals, families, and family offices with $50 million- $1billion+ in liquidity or net worth. Robert assisted in the formation of the Abbot Downing business in 2010 and served as Managing Director – National Markets, where he supported 13 offices across the country.
While at Abbot Downing, Robert also served as a national wealth management partner to Wells Fargo’s corporate and investment banking business, where he helped business owners navigate the transition from the sale of a closely-held business to the establishment of a successful family enterprise. Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Auburn University, and earned his CFP® designation in 1998. He is married with three children and resides in Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC. A native of Augusta, GA, Robert enjoys golf, fishing, pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.

Katie Harrison is a Vice President in Client Advisory. Previously, Ms. Harrison was an Associate at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank within the Financial Institutions Group. Prior to that, Ms. Harrison gained experience in the venture capital industry as an associate at Austin-based firm, BuildGroup. Ms. Harrison began her career at Chilton Trust, spending five years on the client advisory team before pursuing her M.B.A. at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She earned a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University, and has also completed trust and estate courses at the Cannon Financial Institute.

Jack Neafsey is an Analyst on the Client Advisory team at Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Neafsey gained experience in the industry through his summer position at Iridian Asset Management. He later joined Chilton Trust as a rotational intern, working with both the External Manager and Client Advisory Teams. Mr. Neafsey graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management.

Walter Stratton is an Analyst in Client Advisory. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Stratton interned at FTS (Fund Tax Services), where he gained financial reporting experience, and achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout from The Boy Scouts of America. He began at Chilton as a rotational intern on both the Client Advisory & External Manager teams in 2022. Mr. Stratton received his BA in Finance from Miami University.

Kate Brush is an Analyst on the Client Advisory team at Chilton Trust. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, she worked as an art Intern at New Apostle Gallery. Later, she joined Chilton Trust rotating on the Manager Research and Client Advisory teams as an Intern. Kate received her B.A. in Economics and Museum Studies from Colorado College.

Nick Lea is a Senior Tax Associate in the firm’s Tax Services Group. Prior to joining Chilton, Nick worked for Ernst & Young within the EY Private Service line, supporting the tax compliance and planning needs of entrepreneurs, businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. Nick earned his B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accounting (MAcc) from Florida State University. Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer
Ross Weissman serves as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Chilton Trust and is also a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ross was Chief Operating Officer and a Partner of Cardinal Capital Management, L.L.C. where he was responsible for the firm’s back and middle office functions, including accounting, operations, and technology. Before joining Cardinal, Ross spent over 16 years in a similar role at Larch Lane Advisors L.L.C. where he was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he was employed at Kenmar Advisory Corp in the fund administration and risk management group. Ross also served for two years at Wexford Management as both the Fund Controller for the Wexford Spectrum Fund, where he was responsible for the accounting and operations of the fund, and then as a trader responsible for all equity, futures, and high yield bond execution. Previously, he was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick as a Senior Consultant in the forensic accounting group. Ross began his career in 1994 with the public accounting firm of Leslie Sufrin and Company. Ross is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.B.S. from Pace University.

Viviane Gondinho is an Accountant on the Family Office team at Chilton Trust. Ms. Gondinho received her Bachelor’s degree from Western Connecticut State University with a major in Business Administration. Prior to joining Chilton, she served as an Accounting Specialist at the Innovative CPA Group.

Abby Mead is a Senior Vice President at Chilton Trust. Abby provides her clients with customized and integrated wealth management strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. Abby has expertise advising clients with pre-transactional planning, concentrated position management, wealth transfer strategies and ensuring philanthropic goals have maximum impact. Previously, Abby was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she led a team that delivered financial solutions to high net worth families and nonprofit organizations. In 2019, Abby was recognized a Women’s Bond Club Rising Star award winner; an honor given to women on Wall Street that are emerging leaders in the financial services industry.
Abby began her career as a college lacrosse coach at Kenyon College and College of the Holy Cross. Abby received her MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina (UNC) and her BA in Political Science and Economics from Davidson College. During her time at UNC, Abby served as Vice President of the Finance Club and the Carolina Women in Business club. While at Davidson, Abby was a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team and a Wildcat Award Winner for her commitment and dedication to the program.

Daniel Cihanowyz is a Senior Trust Officer with over 12 years of experience in trust and estate administration and relationship management. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Mr. Cihanowyz served as a Senior Trust Officer with U.S. Trust Company of Delaware where he was responsible for trust and estate planning and administration as well as serving as the primary day to day contact for high-net worth families. Prior to U.S. Trust Company of Delaware, Mr. Cihanowyz served as a Trust Officer and Administrator with the Private Bank, Bank of America in Charlotte, NC (formerly U.S. Trust). Mr. Cihanowyz attended Campbell University as a member of the nation’s only post-graduate Trust and Wealth Management Program where he received his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration with a concentration in Wealth and Investment Management and a Minor in Financial Planning. Mr. Cihanowyz holds both the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and Accredited Trust Financial Advisor (ATFA) designations. Mr. Cihanowyz also devotes time to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), St. Jude’s Children Hospital, and related organizations.

Marc A. Malloy is a Portfolio Manager at the Chilton Trust Company. Marc has worked at Chilton for over 15 years. He joined Chilton to work on fixed income and derivative opportunities for clients of the firm. During his tenure, Marc has worked with the Small Cap, European, and Flagship investment teams. Prior to joining Chilton, Marc worked at Merrill Lynch where he held a number of roles, including research analyst for the Equity Linked Group and analyst for the Convertible Bond group, where he focused on distressed credits. Marc graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in Economics. He coaches youth ice hockey and is on the board of the Stamford Yacht Club. Marc is married with three children.

Nicholas Wood is a Vice President at Chilton, Head of Client Services and Reporting. Nicholas has over 18 years in the financial services industry.
He is responsible for assisting the Wealth and Client Advisory Teams with meeting the reporting needs of our clients. He joined the firm in 2022.
Prior to joining Chilton, Nicholas worked in front and back office roles at Merrill Lynch, Tweedy, Browne Company, and as the Director of Operations with Experience Advisory Consultants. Nicholas graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business with a B.S. in Finance. Away from the office, Nick and his wife Stacey enjoy spending time at a hockey rink with their three boys.

Managing Director, Senior Client Advisor
Jim Chandler is a Managing Director and Senior Client Advisor at Chilton Trust. He has more than 41 years of experience in investment management and financial planning for individuals, families and institutions. In his role at Chilton, Jim helps clients develop, implement and maintain their financial planning, stewardship and investment objectives.
Prior to joining Chilton in 2024, Jim served in senior roles at Bessemer Trust for 23 years, as a senior investment consultant at Evaluation Associates (EAI), and as the head of institutional consulting and investment manager due diligence at UBS (PaineWebber).
Jim earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, a M.A. in Applied Economics from The American University and a M.B.A. from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Jim holds the Certified Financial Planner, Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Trust and Fiduciary Adviser designations. Jim serves on the Board of Trustees for Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville, TN, and formerly chaired the Board’s Investment Committee. Jim also formerly served on the board of the NPC Fund for Charitable Giving, Inc. in Washington, DC (affiliated with the National Presbyterian Church).

Katie Lynagh is a Senior Vice President, Wealth Planner based in Chilton Trust Company’s New York office. Ms. Lynagh works closely with Chilton Trust’s clients, guiding them in identifying their estate planning, tax, and philanthropic objectives and developing comprehensive plans to meet their goals. Prior to joining Chilton Trust, Ms. Lynagh worked in private legal practice at Milbank LLP in the firm’s trusts and estates group, advising ultra-high net worth families on tax-efficient gifting techniques and estate planning strategies.
Active in the legal community, Ms. Lynagh is currently a Co-Chair of the Multistate Committee of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and previously served as a Co-Chair of the Section’s Estate and Trust Administration Committee and Vice Chair of the Section’s Legislation and Governmental Relations Committee. Ms. Lynagh has lectured on estate planning and administration topics, including for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), American Law Institute, the New York State Bar Association, and the University of Kentucky Annual Midwest-Midsouth Estate Planning Institute, and she is a graduate of the ACTEC Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute.
